All Content on this web site may only be used by you for personal and non-commercial purposes. The reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication or display of any Content is strictly prohibited.

PillDrop®, PillSachet® and references to ‘digital pharmacy’ and other similar marks, graphics, logos, and trade names used on the PillDrop website (“PillDrop Trademarks”) are owned by PillDrop Pharmacy. Unauthorised use of the PillDrop Trademarks is prohibited. All other brands and names (including third-party product names) are the property of their respective owners.
Software
All software used in the PillDrop website is owned by PillDrop Pharmacy or third party suppliers. You must not reproduce, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, license, decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble any such software.
Information Disclaimer
All information supplied on the PillDrop website is only general health information. It is not intended for diagnosis and cannot provide a diagnosis for any particular individual and should not be used as a substitute for seeking professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or care. PillDrop Pharmacy will use its best efforts to keep the PillDrop website free from interruption, viruses and errors. However, we accept no responsibility for your inability to access the PillDrop website or for any damage or loss caused to your computer hardware, software, internet connections or other peripherals as a result of the use of the PillDrop website or the Content.
We will not be liable for any corruption, or loss of data or other content which you or anyone else may experience as a result of using the PillDrop website.
You acknowledge that you will need Internet access and hardware to access the Internet to be able to use the PillDrop website. We are not liable for any interruption to access to the PillDrop website resulting from issues relating to your hardware, Internet access or Internet/telecommunications provider.

Under no circumstances will PillDrop Pharmacy be liable for:

Severability
If any provision of these Website Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, then it shall be deleted or else limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remainder shall remain and have full force and effect.
Applicable Law
These Website Terms will be governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
PillDrop Terms and Conditions for sale of goods and services
PillDrop Pharmacy offers a Digital Pharmacy Experience through the PillDrop website.
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) together with the Website Terms apply to your purchase of goods and services from the PillDrop website and form a legal contract between you and PillDrop Software Limited (“PillDrop Pharmacy”). By ordering goods and services from the PillDrop website you agree to and accept these Terms and the Website Terms, to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
We may change these Terms at any time. Each time you order goods and services from the PillDrop website, you are agreeing to the Terms applicable at that time.
Registration as a User
To register you will need to select a user name and password.
You must keep your user name and password confidential and not allow any unauthorized use of the user name and password. We will not be liable for any unauthorized use of your user name and password.
PillDrop Pharmacy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are not complying with the Website Terms and Conditions and/or the terms and conditions in this section.
Adding other family members to your account
You may add your children under the age of 18 and your spouse or partner living at your address to your account to enable you to order goods or request prescriptions be filled on their behalf.
By adding your children under the age of 18 or your spouse or partner living at your address to your account you warrant and represent that you are authorized to order goods or request prescriptions be filled on their behalf and indemnify PillDrop Pharmacy and its officers, employees and agents against any loss, liability, cost or expense incurred if your warranty and representation is not correct
You may also add other persons to your account if you have first arranged for them to either:
- Open an account and select the option to authorize you to act on their behalf; or
- Print, sign and return to us an Authority to Act form authorizing you to act on their behalf
Prescriptions
Prescription Requirement: Prescription medicines can only be ordered with a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
Prescription Submission: The prescriber must send the prescription to PillDrop Pharmacy through an authorized and secure method, such as electronic prescribing or fax.
Uploaded prescription: You can upload your prescription securely through our platform. Ensure that your prescription is clear and legible. Upon receipt of your uploaded prescription, PillDrop Pharmacy will review and verify its authenticity. We reserve the right to request additional information or decline to dispense the prescription at our sole discretion.
Medicine Availability: Availability of prescription medicines is subject to stock and regulatory restrictions. In the event that a particular medicine is not available, we will inform you and discuss alternative options if applicable.
Medication Interaction: PillDrop Pharmacy reserves the right to contact you and your medical practitioner if there is a risk of clinically significant interaction between the prescribed medicines. This is done to ensure your safety and well-being.
Pricing and Payment: PillDrop pharmacy offers free standard prescriptions. For non-subsidised and partially funded items, payment is required. We will notify you of the medicines and cost applicable to the prescription. You are responsible for the full payment of the prescribed medicines. Payment can be made securely via credit card or bank transfer.
Repeats
Your prescription receipt along with your user account will contain information on the number of repeats you have left on a prescription and indicate when your repeats will expire.
Request Prescriptions
If you are out of repeat prescriptions and need further supplies of the relevant medicine you may choose the Request Prescription option on the PillDrop website. By selecting this option you authorize PillDrop Pharmacy to request a prescription on your behalf from your GP.
The request to your general practitioner for a prescription usually takes about one working day to be supplied by your GP.
PillDrop Pharmacy is not responsible for delays in your GP providing a prescription. You acknowledge that the request of a prescription from your GP is at the discretion of your GP. Your GP may refuse to issue a prescription if they need to see you in person as a patient. All charges relating to issuing of a new prescription by your GP is your responsibility.
Non-prescription Medicines
Orders and payments for non-prescription medicines are subject to acceptance by us. Upon acceptance we will send you an order confirmation email.
Delivery
PillDrop Pharmacy offers delivery services for prescription medicines. You must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including your address and contact details. Delivery times and dates are subject to availability and may vary based on your location.
PillDrop Pharmacy offers same day delivery depending on where you live subject to availability and provided prescriptions are received by us by the cut off times stated on the PillDrop website.
Uploaded prescription: When you have provided us an uploaded copy of your prescription through our PIllDrop platform, you must provide the pharmacy delivery personnel with the original of the uploaded prescription unless an exception applies.
For repeat prescription and non-prescription medicines only you may authorise us to leave the parcel at your address without requiring a signature excluding the delivery of controlled drugs.
No international delivery
PillDrop Pharmacy offers goods and services to New Zealand customers only. We do not ship anywhere outside of New Zealand. This include prescription and non-prescription medicines.
Late delivery
We endeavour to meet all selected delivery times and dates. However, PillDrop Pharmacy is not liable if orders are not able to be delivered on time for any reason.
Your selected delivery time and date will not be possible if the medication requested is out of stock or is unavailable in our dispensary in which case we will endeavour to include the medication in our next delivery schedule as soon as the medications become available. If for any reason we do not have a product in stock you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise you of any delay in delivering the product.
If for any reason you do not receive your order within the targeted delivery time, please contact us as soon as possible and within 48 hours of the targeted delivery time.
Delivery Fair Use Policy
Free delivery may only be used by the person named on the prescription. This free delivery service must not be used for multiple times a day or week for one prescription item. This should be reasonably utilised. Using the free delivery service multiple times on a single day or week would be considered improper use.
For orders less than 2 prescription items, delivery fee may apply.
Pill Dispensers
PIllDrop has 2 different types of Pill Dispensers
1. Regular Dispenser
A sturdy, discreet cardboard box that can sit nicely on your countertops.
These are given to customers free of charge.
2. Premium Dispenser
These beautiful dispensers are handmade in New Zealand designed specifically for PillDrop. They come in 4 attractive colours - red, blue, yellow and green. Made from a durable material, this is a great environmentally friendly option as they are re usable and are meant to last a lifetime.
This premium dispenser is $50 each and can be delivered to you free of charge with your medications.
Returns Policy
For Prescription Medicines: We will not be able to offer returns or refund to any prescriptions dispensed unless they are faulty, damaged or not the items you ordered.
If goods delivered to you are faulty, damaged or not the items you ordered then you must contact us within 48 hours from delivery and return the goods to PillDrop Pharmacy at your cost within 14 days. If it turns out the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect we will replace and redeliver the goods at no charge to you.
If you are entitled to a refund the refund will be made based on the method of payment you used. If you paid by credit card then the refunded amount will be credited back to the same credit card. If you paid by bank transfer then the refunded amount will be deposited back to the same bank account.
Nothing in this section or these Website Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
